CHAPTER I
Background
The era of
globalization increasingly advanced, sophisticated, this complete makes people
easier to do all the activities at hand and that is a priority activity.
Finding information is also increasingly easy to obtain, does not see much
close distance, we can still make long-distance communication and relationships
both from telecommunications and the Internet while separating the island and

through technology that is increasingly sophisticated.

scope of Linguistics. Language is increasingly growing due to the culture that
is increasingly growing. Human thought that the day became more and more
intellect. So now is not just a matter of linguistic utterance or writing, even
crush into the world of the internet as a programmer, translator, etc.
However, some
people mistake the meaning of this progress, there is even a criminal act that
makes people become victims. Negative impact of information technology to make
reference to the crime. No filter from the institutions involved. And its main
target is children who have a curiosity that is very large. The images
presented vulgar, sloth games improved, and the aphorisms of the god damned
creature made a habit. That's what makes kids today and followed by teens and
adults can be said is also involved in this. Making the Indonesian language be
heard once beautiful, now due to the habit, the language of the children now
make us as people involved in education to be angry. Coarse language they speak
is characteristic of our failure in improving the quality of education.
It becomes
imperative to further explore my reality it is. What should I do and what
causes it to happen in children. Why are children so easily say harsh words for
everyday language. Whether in a family environment, school environment, even in
the neighborhood friends. Hopefully this exposure that I deliver, make us the
spirit to change the habits of the child from a bad thing to be a noble thing.
What response linguistic experts in this regard. And what should we do as a
civilized society and religion.
Problem
What causes the problem
Before we get into the theory, it is good we need to know
what the background of our children who should be our noble successor, using
abusive language and dirty in her young life.

words ending up by curious children. Or a rude teacher with words roughly
imitated by his disciple children. Neighbor who also uses coarse language must
also be imitated by children.
The government is also one of the parent problem. There is
no filtration of the government and authorities concerned to stop and forbid
things that smelled criminal, filter the foreign culture that is far from good.
Linguistic Sciences study of language is also a role in
this regard. Why does this continue to grow without any filtration. What should
we do for the creation of beautiful language and pleasant to hear. This lesson
is called Psycholinguistic, the merger between psychology and linguistic.
What the example
Lots
of example, children in Indonesia, especially in Medan. Lots of even almost all the children often use foul language and rude. The words are already taken for granted heard in the ears. Their voices heard when we pass through internet cafes, rental playstation, football field, and so forth. Internet cafes, Playstation Rental, Billiard, and so heard the words that are not pleasant to hear. Children who are supposed to play and learn, even using those words into practice is proud of.
Many
other places might be a nest of children to use foul language and rude. Whether in the home or outside.
Limitation
Filthy
and abusive language has a very wide area to be discussed. So I only seeking
information from students in class X, and XII Aliyah, aged approximately 15-17
years.
Significant
This
study has the objective to find out what the reason kids use foul language, the scope of foul language, and how do we solve this problem. The benefits of this research is the family can prevent children from dirty and rude language.
CHAPTER
II
Theory
The American Linguist Bernard Bloch and George L.
Trager formulated the following definition:”A language is a system of arbitrary
vocal symbols by means of which a social group cooperates.”[1]
The definition of language that is language cans be
defined as a socially shared symbols and combinations of those rules governed
combinations of those symbols (language code can bed defined as socially
acceptable or conventional system to deliver concept through the use of symbols
and the desired combination of symbols is governed by the provisions).[2]
Psychology is the study of the mind and behavior. Its
immediate goal is to understand individuals and groups by both establishing
general principles and researching specific cases. For many, the ultimate goal
of psychology is to benefit society. In this field, a professional practitioner
or researcher is called a psychologist, and can be classified as a social scientist,
behavioral scientist, or cognitive scientist.[3]
linguistics has several core of learning, such as:
1.
Phonetics and phonology study the speech sounds. Within psycholinguistics, research focuses on how the brain processes and understand these sounds.
2.
Morphology study the structure of the sentence, especially the relationship between related words and the formation of words based on rules.
3.
Syntax studying the patterns that determine how words are combined together to form sentences.
4.
The semantics associated with the meaning of words or sentences. If the syntax associated with the formal structure of sentences, semantics associated with the actual meaning of the sentence.
5.
Pragmatic relates to the role of context in interpreting meaning.
6.
The study of how to recognize and read word researching process involved in the acquisition of information orthographic, morphological, phonological, and semantics of patterns in writing.[4]
Psycholinguistics or psychology of language
is the study of the psychological and neurobiological
factors that enable humans
to acquire, use, comprehend and produce language.
Psycholinguistics is interdisciplinary and studied by experts in various fields, such as psychology, cognitive
science, and linguistics. Psycholinguistics is the language behavior caused by its interaction with human thinking. This science research on the acquisition, production and comprehension of language. There are several subdivisions within psycholinguistics that are based on the components that make up the language in humans.
The Geneva Convention on the Rights of the Child, the child's age is from 0-18 years. And children must always be protected, either from violence, family problems, education, poverty, and their lifestyle. Children are our future.
CHAPTER III
Population
MAN 2 Model Medan at Helvetia has 7 classes and have as
many as 225 students are learners. In the vicinity of this school, a lot of
places where children are dirty and rough language. Included in internet cafes,
rental Playstation, and so on.
Samples
From some
students MAN 2 Model Medan at Helvetia 15-17 years old, I chose seven students
who responded to the problem of children who frequently utter foul language and
rough around the neighborhood. Here are the data from the child:

Based
on these results, the children say foul language for the first time around age 4-8 years. Getting the language of play and family environment. And often use the language in play and family environment. The best way of handling according to respondents is to be reproved, forbidden, scolding, advising, and the last hit. And do not take pride in using the language.
CHAPTER V
Conclusion
It
is too early when we direct scold and spank a child when he used foul language. As parents, including teachers, better look at ourselves first. Because they learn from us, follow what we say, and we should be able to keep the child from the behavior of such pronunciation. They just want to be the best. And we who should be their guide in a way that they most enjoy. Because of foul language and abusive language is the most unethical in this world.
For
that,
the way that psychologists presented Maesera Eid al-Adha to address child says coarse and dirty. That is:
1. Supervise children at play and damping
2. No need to upset
3. Explain the meaning of the word of what she's saying
4. Guide and direct
5. make a decision
6. Keen to find out why.
Success for the children of Indonesia. Pursue the ideals expected without doing things that are not good. Stay away from the filthy language and use language that is neat, polite, and appropriate rules.
